Gnocchi Night, Collaboration with qb Cucina

This season’s release, Gnocchi Night, brings together Dalla Fonte’s artisan pantry treasures and qb Cucina’s handmade Italian kitchen tools, inviting you to roll, shape, and savor gnocchi at home. Inside, you’ll find everything for a true Italian meal – from antipasto to dolce – crafted to make your table feel like Italy.

* Dalla Fonte sources all products from small, Italian producers. Sometimes, we run into inventory issues and need to swap an item for an equally delicious replacement.

This Season’s Vino

Tenuta di Gracciano della Seta Nebbiolo

From the rolling hills of Tuscany, this Nebbiolo offers elegance and structure with notes of red fruit, rose, and subtle spice. A perfect pairing for rich dishes like pumpkin gnocchi or simply to enjoy with friends on a crisp autumn evening.

qb Cucina Olive Wood Gnocchi Board
Handmade in Italy from richly grained olivewood, this gnocchi board creates uniform ridges for pillowy dumplings and cavatelli every time. As our featured partner this season, qb cucina brings heirloom-quality Italian kitchen tools to life, marrying beauty and function. The board is equally at home in the hands of beginners and seasoned pasta makers, serving as both the centerpiece of this box and the perfect companion to our Gorgonzola Pear Gnocchi recipe.

Molino Pasini Gnocchi Flour

Soft, pillowy gnocchi start here—this finely milled flour is perfect for creating the base of our seasonal gorgonzola pear gnocchi. Its light texture ensures tender, melt-in-your-mouth bites that perfectly hold sauce.

Casa Forcello Pear Mostarda

Hand-cut candied pears meet a spicy kick of mustard extract in this traditional Mantuan mostarda, a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Crafted by Paola Calciolari using her grandmother’s recipes and locally harvested fruit, it pairs beautifully with cheeses, charcuterie, roasted meats—and is featured in this season’s gorgonzola pear gnocchi sauce.

Agnoni Balsamic Onions

Crafted from exquisite borettane onions—with their signature flattened shape—each onion is gently baked in rich balsamic vinegar, which removes its natural bitterness and brings out a delightful, mellow sweetness.

Rosemary and Olive Oil Sardinian Parchment Crackers

Thin, crisp, and delicately scented with rosemary, these parchment crackers pair beautifully with cheese boards or dips. Their airy crunch also makes them an elegant side to soup or salad, adding texture without overpowering.

Suriano Chili Oil

Crafted from sun-dried Calabrian chilies, this oil carries a smoky, balanced heat that enlivens any dish. Drizzle it over pasta, pizza, or grilled vegetables—or use just a spoonful to give Sarah’s gnocchi sauce a lively kick.

TasteLanghe IGP Toasted Hazelnuts

Cultivated in Piedmont, these tonda gentile hazelnuts are prized for their delicate sweetness and buttery texture. Enjoy them as a snack, add to baked goods, or sprinkle over pasta and salads for a nutty, aromatic finish.

Cacao Crudo Bar

Crafted by Daniele dell’Orco, this lightly sweetened raw chocolate combines the floral and fruity flavors of 100% organic Criollo cacao with classic Italian ingredients like IGP Siracusa lemon and Tonda Gentile hazelnuts. Vegan, gluten-free, and made with sustainable, low-sugar coconut nectar, it’s the perfect elegant finish to any Italian meal.

La Saselle Amaretti Cookies

These bite-sized almond cookies are crisp on the outside with a soft, chewy heart. Enjoy them with an afternoon espresso, crumble over gelato, or serve as a sweet finish to your fall table.
