What can i expect in my club box?
Each Dalla Fonte box — whether Tavola or Tavola + Vino — is thoughtfully curated with seasonal Italian delights that bring the flavors and traditions of Italy to your home.
Inside, you’ll find a handpicked selection of artisanal pantry staples and specialty foods made in Italy by producers we know and love. From rustic pastas to small-batch sauces, every item has been taste-tested and chosen to celebrate the regional diversity of Italian cuisine.
Tavola + Vino boxes also include a bottle of wine sourced from a family-run Italian winery, selected to complement your culinary journey.
Each box follows a seasonal theme — announced in early September (Fall), December (Winter), March (Spring), and June (Summer) — so you always have something fresh and inspiring to look forward to.
Can you ship wine to my state?
At the moment, we’re able to ship our Tavola + Vino box — which includes a bottle of Italian wine — to Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
Wine shipping laws are always evolving, and we’re working hard to expand where we can ship. If your state isn’t on the list, we invite you to subscribe to our email list — you’ll be the first to know when new states are added.
We never want anyone to miss out, which is why we also offer the Tavola box: all the delicious food, minus the wine.
Can i send a Dalla Fonte box as a gift?
Yes! A Dalla Fonte box makes a beautiful and thoughtful gift — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous, or simply to share a taste of Italy with someone you love.
At checkout, just select “This is a gift” and enter your recipient’s name, address, and a personal gift message. We’ll make sure your box is packaged with care and includes your note.
Want to send a one-time gift? Choose from our seasonal boxes or curated gift sets.
Looking for something ongoing? You can gift a subscription to the Tavola or Tavola + Vino club, and they’ll receive a delicious surprise each season.
No prices are ever included in gift shipments — just thoughtful details and flavors that spark joy.
When will my First Club box arrive?
Our seasonal boxes ship the first two weeks of March, June, September, and December — timed to match the beginning of each new season. If you’re a new subscriber, your first box will ship within two weeks of your purchase, depending on when you join in the cycle.

What if an item is no longer available?
We work closely with small, artisanal producers in Italy, and while we strive to include every item as planned, sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with another equally delicious and of equal value — always chosen with care to ensure it fits seamlessly with the theme of your box. We’ll keep you informed if any changes need to be made!
When will i be charged for my club membership?
For new members, your credit card will be charged within two weeks of your first order, just before your first box ships.
For returning members, we process renewals and charge your card on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st.
We’ll always send a two-week reminder before your club membership renews, so there are no surprises.
How do i update my account information?
Need to update your shipping address, credit card, or other details? Just log in to your account from the homepage and update your profile anytime.
We recommend making any changes at least two weeks before the next box ships to ensure everything arrives on time and without a hiccup.

How will I know my club box is on the way?
Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email from Dalla Fonte with tracking details. You’ll also get a second email with tracking information, so you can follow your box’s journey and know exactly when to expect your taste of Italy.
CAn I customize my club box?
At this time, our boxes are not customizable, but we always welcome your recommendations! If there’s a particular pesto you adore or the perfect tagliatelle you’ve been searching for, let us know. We’re constantly looking for new inspiration to bring into our future boxes as we grow and expand.
How can i partner with dalla fonte?
We are proud to collaborate with several corporate partners, creating custom white-label assortments and managing both customer service and order fulfillment. How do I cancel or Pause my club membership?
We’d be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription anytime. Simply log in to your Dalla Fonte account and select cancel before the processing window for the upcoming season’s box (usually two weeks before shipment).
