Castellare Chianti Classico
Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy- Harvested from estate vineyards by one of the leading producers of the region. Featuring bright cherry fruit with hints of almond and slight notes of tobacco. A supple, consistently round wine with a velvety feel and a lingering finish.
Rosemary Tuscan Crackers

Giulia Scarpaleggia is a Tuscan-born food writer, cookbook author, podcaster, and cooking class instructor, and the voice behind Juls’ Kitchen, a blog she launched in 2009 to share authentic Tuscan recipes and stories from her countryside kitchen. Over more than a decade, she has built the blog into an archive of over 700 free recipes, alongside Tuscan cooking classes and foodie guides to her favorite corners of the region. She is the author of seven cookbooks, most recently Vegetables the Italian Way, which celebrates Italy’s seasonal produce through the resourceful spirit of cucina povera. Giulia runs Juls’ Kitchen as a family project with her husband and photographer, Tommaso Galli, from their home in the Tuscan countryside, where they live with their daughter Livia and two rescue dogs, Noa and Teo.
